What is the biggest change you’ve seen in yourself since you started CrossFit?
I have more confidence in myself and feel stronger physically and emotionally. I don’t shy away from trying something new like I did before joining CrossFit.
What do you like about it?
What I really like about CrossFit is the different WODs each day. There’s always something in the workout that is challenging for me which requires me to push myself. Also, we have great coaches… we’re all treated equal no matter what level we work at. And when new members join, the coaches make sure they’re welcome and introduce new members to the class. The members are great people too...we support each other. I have become good friends with a handful.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
As Annie mentioned, I do like cardio but I also like burpees and deadlifts.
What would you say to someone who wants to try it?
I would encourage them to give CrossFit a try. It won’t be an easy workout but they will probably feel good after the workout. Also, the coaches and the members will be there to help them get through the workout.
What is something people might not know about you?
I love watching the Hallmark channel. Yup I’m into those corny love movies especially the one’s that come out during the holidays.
