Arielle always shows up at the gym ready to work. Her attitude is always positive and she is full of energy no matter how her day went which has a great effect on the atmosphere of the class. Her outstanding work ethic and discipline has helped her consistently reach outside her comfort zone and accomplish new goals. What is the biggest change you’ve seen in yourself since you started CrossFit?
Other than a huge weight loss, an increase in self confidence.
What do you like about it?
I love CrossFit because it is always a challenge. Even if you think the workout isn’t going to be that bad there’s always a way to make it harder.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
Probably the deadlifts just because I like to see how much more I can lift than the last time.
What is something people might not know about you?
I was a band geek in high school. I was in the pit band, jazz band, concert band and marching band. I played the piccolo, recorder, flute, violin and piano. And I was in the chorus as well.
