Fitness and Sports have been a huge part of my life for a long time and I'm constantly researching articles, watching videos, and watching other coaches to educate myself on all aspects of fitness. Being a CrossFit Coach gives me an opportunity to pass along what I've learned to others, to help them reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. I have experienced unbelievable improvements to my own fitness and I hope to help others experience the same.
I hope to bring to my classes enthusiasm, excitement, community, and a safe environment where athletes can comfortably step out of their comfort zone and try new things. I hope that athletes leave my classes thinking "Wow, that was one heck of a workout...I learned something new, had a ton of fun doing it, and I can't wait to come back and do it again".
My personal motto: "Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your good is better, and your better is best." ~St. Jerome. My high school swim coach would constantly say this to us, and it just kind of stuck with me after all these years.
