I joined CrossFit Meriden in 2014 and immediately was hooked. After years of on and off again fitness training CrossFit was the one program that motivated me to come back each day. Since joining CrossFit I have lost over 50 lbs and enjoy a more healthy and active lifestyle. I became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer to show others that CrossFit is a safe and effective fitness program for people of any age or fitness level.
As a CrossFit Coach I hope to assist in our athletes long-term weight loss and fitness goals.
